A fan buys a ticket, scans it at the gate, and the organizer watches it all in the dashboard. Open each step in its own tab โ best with two browsers side by side.
Pick a match from the branded NJISA landing, hit Get tickets, run through the test checkout (card details pre-filled), and land on the confirmation page with one large QR code per ticket. Each QR is good for exactly one entry.
Tip: this whole flow takes under 60 seconds. The same QR is also emailed to the buyer.
Open the scanner app on a second device. Sign in (prefilled). Point the camera at the QR. Get a green โ Admit. Try scanning it again โ get a red โ Already used.
Tip: the scanner works offline โ turn off WiFi mid-scan and it'll keep validating tickets, queueing redemptions for sync when network returns.
Sign in to the NJISA admin and you'll see orders land, redemption counts tick up, and full audit trails per scanner.
Try the Fee simulator tab โ drag the ticket price + fan count to see real-time economics. Or hit Orders โ Download CSV for the bookkeeping export.
